Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to The Keyboard King Course offered by Shaked Shimon Bodenaro.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. If a refund is approved, access to the course will be revoked. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Subscription Renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation alone does not create a refund for renewal payments already processed. Renewal payments are refundable only where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Provide the purchaser's name, checkout email address, and transaction number. Paddle processes transactions as Merchant of Record. You may request assistance through paddle.net or our Support page.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
